Government Courses After 12th Arts



There are various jobs and courses available after 12th arts stream to which a candidate can apply. The basic eligibility to these courses and jobs is 12th marks and entrance. The list of government jobs, courses are listed below:


National Defence Academy (NDA) -


 


The NDA is a combined service academy for all 3 defence forces of this country, the Army, the Navy, and the Air Force. Arts graduates can apply for any of these forces without hesitation. Selected candidates are given preliminary training in all the areas of physical fitness and academics for a period of 3 years at NDA;s central academy. The first 2.5 years consist of common training for all candidates, after which the candidates will be bestowed upon a degree from JNU Delhi. A stipend you could receive a total of INR 21,000 per month.


SSC Combined Higher Secondary Level (CHSL) -



The payment in SSC is decided according to the post.


  • Lower Division Clerk (LDC) 

Pay band 1 : 5200 - 20,200



  • Postal Assistant (PA)/ sorting assistant (SA)

Pay band 1: INR 5200 - 20,200



Indian Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) -


 


RRB is one of the biggest recruiters globally and the largest in asia; It is also considered one of the most prestigious government organisations to get a job from. People from all over the country apply for this exam. People choose to do this as a job after the 12th arts stream.

SSC MTS exam is being organised by staff selection commission SSC to recruit candidates for various posts, including but not limited to :

SSC Stenographer ( Grade C and Grade D)

Indian Coast Guard



The Indian coast guard is a multi goal organisation with an emphasis on defence and other on spot operations at sea. Even if the actions of the coast guard is closely related to the military, it does not come under defence academy or defence forces; though its own wing that deals with combat situations at sea.

The department of forest and wildlife, Delhi has given an employment notification for the recruitment of forest ranger, forest guard and wildlife guard vacancies. As a forest guard your life will be focused on defensive operations within dense forests and jungles. If you have an interest in protecting the country’s interest and have a knack for wildlife, then this job would be perfect for you.
